Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Flyesim is looking for a full‑time Remote Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and grow its presence on key social platforms. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns that showcase the company’s eSIM solutions for travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall brand and digital marketing goals.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor daily activity, respond to audience interactions and manage community engagement.
• Collaborate with product, support and marketing teams to promote launches, offers and educational material.
• Analyse performance metrics using social media analytics tools and adjust tactics to improve reach and engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign results and insights for future planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with social media analytics and data‑driven optimisation.
• Understanding of global consumer behaviour in travel tech or telecommunications is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or equivalent practical experience.
