Spa Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to lead the Spa, Wellness and Fitness operations at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech. The role combines operational oversight with a commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Spa, Wellness and Fitness areas, ensuring high standards of service and facility upkeep.
• Lead, mentor and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants and freelance professionals.
• Monitor treatment quality and personalize guest experiences to maintain Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold safety, hygiene and maintenance protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners and third‑party providers.
• Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventory control and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing spa, wellness or fitness operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional departments.
