About the role
The Spa Manager oversees daily spa operations, supervising staff delivering services such as salon, skin care, massage, and locker room areas. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while meeting budgetary goals. The manager also steps in for the Spa Director when needed and leads training and orientation programs for new staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate spa staff across salon, skin‑care, massage, reception, and locker‑room areas.
- Ensure all employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Manage inventory and supplies within budget constraints.
- Oversee cleanliness of spa facilities and equipment.
- Monitor budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to support financial performance.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
