About the role
We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Insolvency Specialist to join our Insolvency Team. The role involves investigating credit insurance claims, coordinating with foreign receivers and trustees, and supporting our international trade investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Validate the legitimacy of credit‑insurance claims and manage the filing and monitoring of outstanding claims.
- Communicate with foreign receivers, trustees, and local offices to gather necessary information.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across IA Group’s global network to ensure efficient case handling.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each investigation.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of professional experience, preferably in international trade or insurance claim handling.
- Law degree.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage a high volume of cases, and meet reporting deadlines.
- Proactive, resource‑ful and able to work independently.
