Specialist Test Technology

About the role

The Specialist Test Technology will design, develop and maintain test equipment, tools and programs to support automotive power distribution and connectivity products. The role involves close collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure test processes meet quality and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review local work instructions for test technology.
• Develop test equipment, tools, sequences and programs for test tables, boards and vision systems.
• Support technical error analysis for customer claims and process disturbances.
• Manage change and project activities related to test program updates.
• Provide feedback to Production Technology on test module functionality and ensure backup of test programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrialization/Methods (2‑3 years of study).
• Experience with test equipment development and technical error analysis.
• Ability to identify root causes and propose solutions for process issues.
