About the role

As an Export Specialist you will manage the end‑to‑end export process, ensuring that orders move smoothly from confirmation to delivery while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage export operations from order confirmation through shipment delivery.
• Coordinate with international customers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
• Prepare and monitor export documentation and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
• Follow up on shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
• Support communication between production, logistics, supply chain and clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in export, logistics or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Comfortable working in a multinational industrial environment.
