About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Specialist to join an agricultural company in Agadir. The role focuses on managing all HR functions while ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and development programs.
- Administer personnel records and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Monitor and apply Moroccan social legislation to maintain legal compliance.
- Provide HR support to English‑speaking staff and facilitate cross‑cultural communication.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of HR management, development, personnel administration, and Moroccan labor law.
- Highly organized, discreet, and able to build strong relationships.
Required skills
- Fluent English communication.
- HR management and development expertise.
- Personnel administration proficiency.
- Understanding of Moroccan social legislation.
