About the role

Join STMicroelectronics as an intern and support the physical inventory of fixed assets on production lines. You will work closely with production managers and the finance team to ensure accurate asset records while complying with SOX procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive physical inventory of CAPEX assets on production lines.
• Perform field verifications to match SAP data with actual equipment.
• Segment assets by value thresholds (above and below $100K) and coordinate counts with production managers.
• Identify, label, and verify serial numbers to maintain a reliable asset database.
• Analyze discrepancies, carry out sample checks, and prepare adjustment proposals (MAMA) for controller approval.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a degree in accounting, management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities and respect for confidentiality.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
