Stagiaire analyste – Corporate Finance

About the role

The Corporate Finance Internship at Tessera Capital offers a six‑month, full‑time experience in a leading independent investment bank. Working in Casablanca or Rabat, the intern will support senior bankers on strategic and financial advisory projects for corporations, investors and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, reviewing and updating financial models under senior supervision.
• Contribute to valuation analyses using DCF, comparable company and transaction methods.
• Perform financial ratio, cash‑flow and capital‑structure analyses and sensitivity testing.
• Support marketing efforts such as pitch preparation and response to RFPs.
• Help prepare transaction documents (teasers, information memoranda, presentations).
• Participate in target/acquirer mapping, process tracking and investment committee preparation.
• Produce market, sector and competitive benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations.
• Prepare meeting materials and client deliverables.

Required profile

• Current enrollment in a university program (engineering, economics, finance or related) with a focus on finance.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent in French; good command of English.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and valuation concepts.
• Understanding of corporate finance, M&A and capital‑raising processes.
