Stagiaire Technicien / Licence – Direct Labor Modeling

About the role

You will support the modelling and optimisation of the Direct Labor engineering process at STMicroelectronics. The internship focuses on analysing current activity flows, identifying improvement opportunities and helping to build a more accurate and efficient labour model.

Key responsibilities

• Study the current Direct Labor engineering process together with engineering and operational teams.
• Collect, analyse and structure relevant data.
• Support the modelling of labour activities and workload distribution.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of reporting tools and performance indicators.
• Assist in documentation and presentation of findings.

Required profile

• Student preparing a Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Data Analysis or a related field.
• Strong interest in process analysis, industrial performance and data modelling.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling.
• Familiarity with reporting tools.
• Experience with process mapping / workflow analysis.
