About the role
We are looking for a Store Staff member to join our Xiaomi store in Casablanca. The role involves product demonstrations, customer service, and maintaining the store’s appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional product and service demonstrations to customers.
- Understand customer needs and deliver high‑quality service to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain the Xiaomi brand image by keeping displays and the store clean.
- Implement promotional activities and new product launch policies.
- Manage store orders, sales, and inventory.
Required profile
- Retail experience in clothing, FMCG, or mobile phone brands is preferred.
- Fluent English and French communication skills.
