Student Care Representative (Remote)

About the role

ELVTR is looking for a dedicated Student Care Representative to ensure a high‑quality learning experience for its online students. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact, helping learners feel supported and engaged throughout their courses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students via phone, email, and chat.
• Encourage and maintain peer‑to‑peer communication to build a supportive community.
• Act as a liaison between students and instructors, ensuring clear communication.
• Assist instructors and students in real‑time during live classes.
• Identify and resolve student issues, including minor technical problems.

Required profile

• Strong desire to serve and ensure student satisfaction.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Ability to foster an engaging online community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• High cognitive ability to understand sophisticated educational products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Competence in Google Sheets.
• Comfortable conducting sessions on Zoom and performing minor technical troubleshooting.
