Subsystem Technical Lead - Chassis

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Subsystem Technical Lead for the chassis area to drive the development and validation of key components. You will be responsible for ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee development of chassis components.
• Lead creation of Technical Specifications for Manufacturing (TSM) and define CDC specifications.
• Conduct supplier consultations, manage RCT execution and ensure business rule compliance.
• Monitor DRE activities, define compliance criteria and part control plans.
• Guarantee quality of deliverables, integration and validation of components.
• Manage technical issues, change management and task planning aligned with SSTM schedules.
• Report technical progress, provide QCD reporting and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Mechanical, Electrical or Calibration engineer in the automotive industry.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and complex projects.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and collaboration abilities.
