Supply Chain Capacity Manager – MEA Region

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Supply Chain Capacity Manager for the MEA region to monitor, analyze, and forecast resource usage across part numbers, trims, and body colors. The role ensures optimal performance, balances supply and demand, and supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends and predict future capacity needs.
• Monitor resource saturation and utilization.
• Develop capacity plans aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation to reduce costs.
• Produce reports and dashboards on capacity metrics.
• Support incident and problem management related to execution issues, supply‑chain feasibility, and integration.
• Act as the primary interface between plants, suppliers, regional teams, and the EE supply‑chain team.
• Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations for S&D meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier and purchasing functions within the automotive industry.
• Understanding of performance tuning and workload management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
