Supply Chain Manager – New HVAC Plant (Tangier)

About the role

Join Sanden’s greenfield project as the Supply Chain Manager for a brand‑new HVAC plant in Tangier, Morocco. You will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function, ensuring seamless operations, cost efficiency, and zero disruptions for our automotive‑grade HVAC products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and financial performance.
• Oversee planning, sourcing, procurement, production, and delivery processes, aligning them with current and future demand.
• Optimize logistics, inventory, and material flow to guarantee timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Prepare and manage annual OPEX & CAPEX budgets, including forecasting and project oversight.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, driving continuous improvement across the department.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, EHS, QMS, import/export, and customs requirements.
• Manage supplier and logistics partner performance, delivering cost savings and quality improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to meet internal standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Strong automotive experience in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to Stellantis.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated planning and analytical skills in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Track record of managing budgets and driving cost‑efficiency.
