Supply Chain Specialist – Casablanca

About the role

Tech Mahindra is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join its Casablanca team. You will be responsible for forecasting, inventory management, and coordinating between suppliers and internal stakeholders within the aeronautics sector. The role requires close collaboration with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet demand requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze data to forecast demand accurately and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply planning or a similar role.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Passion for procurement and negotiation with strong problem‑solving abilities.
