System Team Leader – Brake & Prevent Motion (EPB, Hill Holder, Auto Hold, TPMS)

About the role

The System Team Leader (STL) drives the technical orchestration of brake and motion‑prevention functions such as EPB, Hill Holder, Auto Hold and TPMS. Working closely with functional safety, cybersecurity and international teams, the STL ensures that system deliverables are consistent with vehicle function requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Align system requirements with vehicle functions (VF) and FuSa/cybersecurity constraints.
• Validate sequence diagrams (SD) and timing‑performance (TNP) for critical scenarios (e.g., EPB, Auto Hold).
• Publish VFAdd‑on and performance tables on docInfo (SFX) and maintain traceability through BBB reviews.
• Support the evolution of the STLA Brain architecture for decoupled HW/SW and OTA readiness.
• Reduce inconsistencies across global sites (India, USA, Brazil) via structured reviews.
• Train local teams on best practices, including Newton and docInfo usage.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Automotive Electronics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of automotive system engineering experience, preferably in braking or ADAS functions.
• Proven experience in cross‑functional project management and international collaboration.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 (FuSa) and ISO/SAE 21434 (automotive cybersecurity).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings autonomously.
