Systems Engineer – Pre‑Sales (Morocco)

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to partner with our sales team in Morocco. You will drive the technical side of the sales cycle, from initial inquiries through to solution delivery, ensuring customers receive the best security and networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales process, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate proof‑of‑concepts with internal and customer teams.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, providing guidance and answering technical questions.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape.
• Present solutions through white‑boarding, technical papers, and customer discussions, both remotely and on‑site.
• Prioritize multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for security technologies such as encryption and authentication.
• Experience in a pre‑sales engineering role, managing end‑to‑end technical aspects of deals.
• Proven problem‑solving ability that contributed to key wins.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
