Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for professional and managerial positions.

• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidates effectively.
• Strengthen employer branding through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
