Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Bertrandt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment efforts across multiple engineering sectors. You will shape the talent strategy, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding).
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through onboarding.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and DEI standards.
• Drive employer branding initiatives across career sites, social media, and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs.
• Solid understanding of labor law and hiring compliance.
• Fluent in English and French.
