Talent Acquisition Specialist – French Fluency (Remote, Morocco)

About the role

Avomind is a fast‑growing recruiting firm connecting high‑achieving talent with hyper‑growth companies. We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and need a French‑fluent recruiter to drive both outbound and inbound hiring efforts, working remotely from Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in close collaboration with management.
• Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X‑Ray and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidate fit for various roles.
• Coordinate interview logistics with Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise internal teams on candidate market trends and landscape.
• Own the candidate experience to build a strong reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to thrive in goal‑oriented, agile settings with shifting priorities.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a growth attitude.
