Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Hytech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Morocco operations. The role will partner with business leaders and HR to attract top talent for a fast‑growing fintech consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Review resumes, conduct phone/virtual screenings and assess candidate fit against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Update and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and sustain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment‑related events.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
