Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Bertrandt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions across our international engineering business. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Write and publish compelling job descriptions on multiple job boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job fairs, employee referrals and niche platforms.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and social media content.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Track recruitment metrics and assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
