About the role
Lead the Operational Excellence unit at LEONI's Bouskoura plant, driving continuous improvement and ensuring governance and process standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Operational Excellence team according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
- Plan team activities, define objectives, and monitor results.
- Support training, development, and professional growth of direct reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Engineering or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment, including leadership experience.
