Team Leader – Production

About the role

Adient is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and coordinate production teams at its Kenitra facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met while developing team capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 50 production operatives and coordinate daily activities.
• Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators.
• Conduct meetings, briefings, and provide performance feedback.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Manage shift handovers, attendance, and basic disciplinary processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain production documentation.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of production operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive.
• Strong leadership and team management capability.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards.
• Flexibility for shift work and on‑call availability.
