Technical Account Manager – French Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to drive product adoption and ensure successful post‑sales implementation for clients in the French region. You will act as the primary technical liaison, guiding customers from initial engagement through full deployment and ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client initiatives that increase product usage and adoption, documenting best practices for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales to highlight the importance of consistent adoption for retention and upsell opportunities.
• Track and report client engagement metrics to demonstrate value and meet defined goals.
• Provide expert guidance during the post‑sales phase, ensuring seamless deployment and full utilization of the platform.
• Assess client infrastructures and recommend optimizations to support smooth integration of security solutions.
• Measure and report on product adoption KPIs to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in presales or account management, preferably within cybersecurity or network security.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewall management, cloud security, and security‑policy automation.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex sales cycles, including negotiations and technical discussions.
• Hands‑on experience configuring firewalls such as Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.
• Customer‑facing technical leadership experience with a focus on product adoption.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or equivalent work experience.
