Technical Presales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Presales Manager to provide pre‑sales technical support for SMB projects, guiding customers through solution selection, system design and product configuration. The role works closely with resellers, installers and the sales team across Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support for SMB projects, including solution selection, system design and product configuration.
• Support resellers and installers in developing and implementing SMB projects.
• Deliver technical and product training to channel partners both on‑site and online.
• Collaborate with the sales team on project qualification and solution positioning.
• Travel nationwide across Morocco to meet partners and customers.

Required profile

• Experience in CCTV, video surveillance, or related fields such as low‑voltage systems, security solutions, or ICT.
• Familiarity with IP‑based systems and working with resellers and system integrators.
• Proactive, self‑driven and comfortable with nationwide travel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
