Technical Recruiter – International Clients (Morocco)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to support our international clientele, primarily in Belgium. You will join a fast‑growing agency that specializes in IT infrastructure talent and help connect top tech professionals with exciting opportunities abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT infrastructure positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Identify and approach candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable profiles.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters to develop recruitment skills.
• Maintain and expand the candidate database.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Background in recruitment agencies with exposure to the European/Belgian market.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
