Technical Specialist (French & English) – Sala Al Jadida

About the role

The Technical Specialist is a bilingual (French & English) subject‑matter expert responsible for designing, deploying, optimizing and providing advanced support for critical technical systems. The role ensures platform availability, performance, security and compliance while contributing to transformation projects and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and lead resolution of complex, high‑impact incidents.
• Conduct in‑depth root‑cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement sustainable technical solutions to enhance system stability, reliability and performance.
• Create, maintain and continuously improve the Knowledge Base, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Contribute to process enhancements and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO commitments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during projects and major incidents.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Proven experience delivering Level 3 technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent documentation skills and experience maintaining knowledge bases.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Orientation toward automation and continuous improvement.
