About the role

Our medical analysis laboratory located in Hay Hassani, Casablanca is seeking experienced professionals to join our team. We have two complementary positions: a polyvalent laboratory technician and a polyvalent nurse‑phlebotomist who can handle challenging sampling situations, including elderly and infant patients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of medical laboratory analyses, including bacteriology and hemostasis testing.
• Collect, process, and manage biological samples with strict adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct phlebotomy on difficult subjects, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with laboratory safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Bac+3 (equivalent to a bachelor's degree) in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in a medical biology laboratory is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient groups, including seniors and newborns.

Required skills

• Phlebotomy and sample collection expertise.
• Proficiency in bacteriology techniques.
• Knowledge of hemostasis testing procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with routine medical laboratory equipment.
