About the role
We are looking for English‑speaking customer service agents to join our call centre. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing information, solving issues and promoting our airline‑related services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and identify callers, understand their requests and process them efficiently.
- Analyse customer needs and deliver appropriate advice and assistance.
- Achieve sales targets and manage customer complaints to resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree, licence or equivalent).
- Good command of French.
- Fluent in a second language – English, German or Italian.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and ability to work in a team.
