About the role
We are looking for five female teleoperators based in Tangier to handle appointment scheduling for a European clinical service. The position involves contacting clients, confirming their availability, and booking medical appointments in Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to prospective patients.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify clinical appointments according to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the provided system.
- Provide clear information about the service and address basic client inquiries.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish.
- Resides in Tangier, Morocco.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Fluent Spanish (native).
