About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Tele‑seller to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls, persuade prospects and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in French, both written and spoken.
  • Adopt a results‑oriented approach in every conversation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Required profile

  • Fluent French language skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent telephone communication and persuasion abilities.
  • At least one year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in the energy or services sectors.
  • Strong motivation, performance focus and customer‑satisfaction mindset.
  • Rigorous, persistent and a solid team player.
