About the role
Otis is seeking a temporary mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on elevators. The role ensures safe and efficient operation of elevator systems for our customers in Casablanca.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to detect wear and avoid breakdowns.
- Diagnose technical issues during incidents or inspections.
- Repair defective components following safety procedures.
- Replace worn or faulty parts to maintain proper elevator function.
- Upgrade equipment to current standards for improved performance and energy efficiency.
- Document all preventive and corrective interventions accurately.
- Communicate with clients to schedule work, explain issues, and present solutions.
Required profile
- Experience in elevator or similar mechanical maintenance.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
