Test Lead - Digital Transformation

About the role

AXA Global Business Services Morocco, part of the AXA Group, is hiring a Test Lead in its Transformation and Technologies department, which uses Agile methodologies. In the context of digital transformation, you will ensure the quality of applications delivered to clients and employees, coordinate testing activities and define and maintain the testing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project risks and oversee their mitigation, and define testing priorities, scope, modalities, prerequisites and entry/exit criteria
• Coordinate test environments, platforms and tools
• Design and run tests, evaluate product quality, close testing phases and fix anomalies
• Specify testing conditions and procedures, assess automation opportunities and develop and maintain automated tests
• Run manual and automated tests, document test reports, defect reports and qualification reports, and monitor testing KPIs and quality metrics
• Mentor Test Engineers, lead process improvements within the Agile Tribe and contribute to testing repositories and best practices

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience testing in Agile environments, with knowledge of testing methodologies, processes and tools
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Fluent in English and French

• ISTQB certification (mandatory)
• Ray, Selenium and Web Services API testing
• Java, Git and SOAP UI
• Manual and automated testing, scripting and automation tools
• Nice to have: TCO Mainframe testing
