About the role
As a Test Specification Engineer you will work on power electronics for automotive inverters and onboard chargers, translating system requirements into detailed test specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Rate and comment system requirements for automotive inverters and onboard chargers.
- Discuss requirements and parameters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Derive test specifications from requirements, standards and regulations.
- Optimize test strategy and test plan.
- Organize and moderate technical reviews and walk‑throughs.
- Create and monitor test runs, analyse test data and generate test reports.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering (electronics, industrial, computer science, telematics or similar).
- High level of English (B2) and basic Spanish (A2).
- Proactive, team‑oriented, flexible with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Development of test specifications for power electronics.
- Test data analysis and reporting.
