Tool & Die Maker

About the role

As a Tool & Die Maker at TE, you will ensure the reliability and safety of injection mould tooling through proactive maintenance, technical support, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety rules and react immediately to any hazardous situation.
• Perform corrective maintenance on tooling and produce detailed reports.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and document the results.
• Define and manage spare parts, ensuring proper usage declarations (PDR management).
• Provide technical assistance and training to production staff and other departments as needed.
• Participate actively in continuous‑improvement initiatives (TEOA).
• Improve maintenance documentation, procedures, and preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Execute action plans to increase equipment and tool availability.
• Maintain 5S+1 standards in workshops and production areas, preserving tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Required profile

• Bac or Bac+2 in Mechanical or Electromechanical Technology.
• At least two years of experience maintaining injection‑mould tooling.
• Strong commitment to integrity, responsibility, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
