Tool & Die Maker

About the role

As a Tool & Die Maker you will ensure the safety, reliability and continuous improvement of injection‑molding tooling and related equipment. You will work closely with production teams, providing technical support and training while adhering to strict quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety rules and react immediately to any hazardous situation.
• Carry out corrective maintenance tasks and produce detailed reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities and document the results.
• Define spare parts, declare their usage and actively manage PDR (Parts Documentation Register).
• Provide technical and training support to production and other departments as needed.
• Participate actively in continuous‑improvement initiatives (TEOA) and improve maintenance documentation and procedures.
• Execute action plans aimed at increasing equipment and tool availability.
• Maintain 5S+1 standards in workshops and production areas and ensure proper preservation of tools and equipment.
• Comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Perform any special tasks assigned based on experience and knowledge in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bac or Bac+2 in Mechanical or Electromechanical technology.
• Minimum two years of experience in maintenance of injection‑molding tool tooling.
• Commitment to integrity, responsibility, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.

Required skills

• Mechanical and electromechanical maintenance.
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of tooling.
• Injection‑molding tool expertise.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Application of 5S methodology.
