Tour Operator – Manage Daily Travel Operations in Morocco

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Tour Operator to join our team in Morocco. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tour operations, working closely with local suppliers, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily tour operations across Morocco.
• Handle hotel, transportation, excursion, and restaurant bookings.
• Communicate with local suppliers, guides, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage travel itineraries and operational documents.
• Monitor tour schedules, resolve operational issues promptly, and handle last‑minute changes or emergencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport companies, guides, and tourism partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate when necessary.
• Ensure all services meet company quality standards and achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate booking records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tour Operator, Operations Executive, or Tourism Operations Coordinator within a tour operator or destination management company.
• Strong knowledge of Morocco's tourism destinations and travel logistics.
