Trade Marketing Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The Business Intelligence Specialist will support Ferrero’s trade marketing function by turning commercial data into actionable insights. You will evaluate promotion performance, monitor distributor compensation, and assess merchandising execution to help improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze ROI of trade promotions and commercial action plans, providing post‑promotion evaluations and insights.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance against targets and develop dashboards to track promotional KPIs.
• Calculate monthly distributor compensation, ensure alignment with agreed formulas, and support financial validation.
• Evaluate in‑store merchandising execution, covering compliance, visibility, sales uplift and channel performance.
• Validate sales incentive calculations and ensure incentive schemes match performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
