Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will execute trade marketing plans and campaigns to drive sales and promote the company’s brands across the Moroccan market. Working closely with retailers, wholesalers and distributors, the role supports the overall sales and marketing strategy while managing the trade budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer‑marketing strategies aligned with brand plans and commercial goals.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and finance to manage budgets, control costs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Plan, execute and analyse regional events, promotions and trade activities to raise brand visibility.
• Maintain a POS database, supervise stock control and handle administrative tasks such as briefs, quotations, invoices and supplier relations.
• Leverage sell‑out data and inventory analysis to generate insights, optimise pricing, trade agreements and A&P investments.
• Support new product launches, forecasting activities and the S&OP process, while building market intelligence from multiple sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Based in Casablanca with a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends when required.
