About the role
The Training Manager will act as a catalyst for cultural and organisational transformation within a Hilton hotel, driving functional excellence and leadership development among team members.
Key responsibilities
- Support departments in creating cutting‑edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities.
- Act as a change catalyst for cultural and organisational transformation.
- Provide training input for all hotel activities and plans.
- Support individual, team and career development through experience‑based learning.
- Induct, coach and mentor new team members.
- Collaborate daily with hotel leaders responsible for people development.
- Partner with departments to deliver training programmes and leadership interventions.
- Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department.
- Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.
Required profile
- Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation and people‑management skills.
- Positive attitude, high grooming standards and strong customer‑service focus.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently or in teams.
- Flexibility to respond to varied work situations.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
