Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will act as a catalyst for cultural and organisational transformation within a Hilton hotel, driving functional excellence and leadership development among team members.

Key responsibilities

• Support departments in creating cutting‑edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities.
• Act as a change catalyst for cultural and organisational transformation.
• Provide training input for all hotel activities and plans.
• Support individual, team and career development through experience‑based learning.
• Induct, coach and mentor new team members.
• Collaborate daily with hotel leaders responsible for people development.
• Partner with departments to deliver training programmes and leadership interventions.
• Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department.
• Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation and people‑management skills.
• Positive attitude, high grooming standards and strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently or in teams.
• Flexibility to respond to varied work situations.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
