Transport Coordinator

About the role

KOSTAL is seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to manage import and export activities for its Moroccan operations. You will ensure shipments meet customer and company standards while supporting production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Prepare, verify and follow up on transport and shipping documentation, including customs clearance.
• Track shipment status, delivery schedules and transport performance, reporting any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate transport records in ERP systems and generate performance reports.
• Identify transport risks, control costs and support logistics optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, International Trade or related field.
• Previous experience in transport coordination, import/export or international logistics, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of international transport and import/export documentation.
• Understanding of Moroccan customs procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
