About the role
VISITRIP is seeking a Travel Operations & Reservations Specialist to manage flight and hotel bookings for its clients. The role involves creating travel quotations, preparing itineraries, and providing accurate travel‑related information.
Key responsibilities
- Manage flight and hotel reservations using GDS platforms.
- Prepare detailed travel quotations and itineraries for customers.
- Handle customer requests, bookings, and documentation needs.
- Coordinate reservations with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Assist clients with travel‑related information and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a travel agency or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of flight and hotel booking systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Organised, professional, and customer‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
