About the role

VISITRIP is seeking a Travel Operations & Reservations Specialist to manage flight and hotel bookings for its clients. The role involves creating travel quotations, preparing itineraries, and providing accurate travel‑related information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage flight and hotel reservations using GDS platforms.
• Prepare detailed travel quotations and itineraries for customers.
• Handle customer requests, bookings, and documentation needs.
• Coordinate reservations with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
• Assist clients with travel‑related information and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a travel agency or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of flight and hotel booking systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Organised, professional, and customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
