Travel Services Agent – Temporary Contract

About the role

The Travel Services Agent will promote and deliver Air Arabia's sales and customer service activities in a dedicated sales shop. You will handle reservations, ticketing, and a range of travel products while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Air Arabia tickets, holiday packages, visas, insurance, car rentals and other travel services.
• Process reservations, modifications, and issue tickets for walk‑in, phone and online customers.
• Apply cross‑selling techniques to meet individual sales targets.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions and system changes.
• Educate customers on offers and refer them to specialised staff when needed.
• Handle inquiries and complaints via calls, emails or in‑person visits promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with airport and visa teams to manage check‑in procedures and flight updates.
• Process visa applications and cancellations according to company policy.
• Maintain brochures, equipment and the waiting area in good condition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management or a related field.
• Additional qualification in Aviation, IATA or Tourism is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English and French; Arabic useful when required.
• Good knowledge of airline and travel products and services.
• Ability to understand customer issues and direct them to the appropriate channel.
