Trucks Sales Manager – Casablanca

About the role

The Trucks Sales Manager will lead the achievement of sales volume, revenue and market share targets for commercial vehicles in Morocco, while maintaining healthy gross profit margins.

Key responsibilities

• Design annual sales objectives, forecast volume, stock requirements and revenue.
• Directly manage and coach the sales team, monitor pipeline progress and conversion rates.
• Engage with fleet accounts and key prospects to close high‑potential deals.
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to deliver total customer solutions and drive retention.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock aging and availability.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial vehicle or fleet sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Proven knowledge of the Moroccan market and customer account management.
• Strong commercial mindset, technical expertise and high‑level negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of commercial trucks and fleet applications.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems for sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, margin management and market intelligence.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English for reporting and proposals.
