Value Management Officer

About the role

The Value Management Officer (VMO) will be based in Orange Business’ Major Service Center in Morocco and will support the Digital Technology Chief Operation Office. The role focuses on translating strategic vision into measurable portfolio outcomes, driving lean and agile practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Lean Portfolio Management processes and coordinate key portfolio events.
• Collaborate with the Lean‑Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to embed agile practices throughout the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain metrics‑driven governance frameworks to ensure consistent value delivery.
• Communicate portfolio strategy and align it with enterprise‑level priorities.
• Support the implementation of lean budgeting practices and promote operational excellence.
• Act as the primary contact for portfolio governance and value‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in portfolio management and agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional events and drive governance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategy and align stakeholders.
