Vehicle Functional Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Vehicle Functional Manager to lead the design and verification of vehicle systems in line with QCTP objectives. The role combines technical leadership with cross‑functional coordination to ensure system requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and verify vehicle systems according to QCTP objectives.
• Apply the technical roadmap, including make‑or‑buy decisions, to ensure consistency with group policies.
• Develop integration and validation plans that guarantee the design meets assigned requirements.
• Organise and control testing activities for system integration and validation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle functions.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle functions, functional requirements, safety procedures and vehicle function standards.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Strong transversal management, organization, stress handling, teamwork, negotiation, leadership and coordination abilities.
