About the role
This internship gives you a hands‑on experience in P&G’s manufacturing and engineering environment. You will work on the production floor, tackle real challenges, make decisions and see the impact of your work while learning about world‑class technologies, standards and methods.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned projects from day one.
- Support daily production activities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers and operators to solve operational issues.
- Participate in mentoring sessions and formal training programs.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
- Creativity and willingness to propose innovative solutions.
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering and consumer‑goods production.
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
